who is upset. They may be upset because the product they bought did not
do they job they wanted or they did not receive the service they expected.
A Golden Opportunity
As you encounter these customers,
you need to realize that your actions and the way you handle the situation
is extremely important. If you meet or exceed the customer’s expectations
it represents a golden opportunity to turn these people into loyal customers.
If you don’t resolve the situation to their satisfaction, remember
that you might not only be losing this customer for good, but they will
more than likely tell others about their bad experience which could cost
you potential customers.
